Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs processing. We ship worldwide except to certain remote areas and parts of Asia.
Returns & Exchanges
Your satisfaction is our priority at Daiwaori Magasin. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple return and exchange process.
Return Policy Overview
- Return window: 15 days from delivery date
- Condition: Products must be unused, in original packaging with all tags and accessories
- Return shipping: Customer’s responsibility unless due to our error
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Sea fishing hooks (safety reasons)
- Soft sea fishing lures (hygiene reasons)
- Used or customer-damaged products
- Products with opened or damaged original packaging
- Customized or modified products
Return Process
Step 1: Submit a Return Request

- Subject: Return/Exchange Request – Order #[number]
- Product details and reason for return
- Your preferred resolution (refund or exchange)
- Order number and contact information
Step 2: Receive Approval & Instructions
We’ll respond within 24 hours with:
- Return authorization (RMA number)
- Detailed return instructions
- Return shipping address
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Once approved:
- Package item securely in original packaging
- Include copy of invoice/order number
- Mark RMA number on outside of package
- Ship to: Daiwaori Magasin – Retours, 17 Avenue Camille Pujol, Toulouse, FR 35091, France
Tip: Use a tracked and insured shipping method.
Step 4: Processing & Resolution
After we receive your return:
- Inspection within 2-3 business days
- Email notification of return status
- Processing of refund or exchange
Refund Information
Once your return is approved:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchange Information
For exchanges:
- New item shipped after return inspection
- We cover shipping costs for replacement
- Price differences adjusted via refund or additional payment
